A wine elaborated with grapes which are grown in different areas of the DOQ Priorat, allowing us to “paint a canvass” with different terroirs and grape varieties.
A wine, that without trading off its identity allows us to be creative.
Mostly produced using the garnacha grape variety, it expresses the heterogeneous nature of the Priorat soils in a cheerful, enjoyable and elegant way simultaneously.
A fine wine, direct and pure, hallmarks of its distinctive personality.
It is a wine with red fruit and fresh black fruit, flowers and aromatic herb subtleties.
Pachem wines represent future generations, today and here we toast in their honour.
The grapes are harvested manually into 12kg boxes and selected both in the vineyard and in the cellar in order to achieve maximum quality.
Spontaneous fermentation occurs as a result of the action of indigenous yeasts carried by the grape, short macerations and then it is aged for 8 months in stainless steel and concrete tanks.
For this reason Pachem is a wine we can enjoy throughout the year: on its own or with food; sharing with family or friends.
